Shipping Policy
Orders submitted before 11am daily can be delivered next day between 12:00pm-6:00pm. If the order is made after the cut off time an extra day will be needed. For example order is placed Monday 4:00pm the order can be delivered Wednesday between 12:00pm-6:00pm the soonest
Because our delivery is handled by a third party, for the time being we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Our orders will be delivered between 12:00pm-6:00pm on your chosen delivery date, should you need your order in the morning please make your order for an earlier date.

Delivery fees will be charged per order as follows:
- Hong Kong Island From 85 HKD
- Kowloon: from 130 HKD
- New Territories (except Outlying Islands) from: 170HKD
Unfortunately, if we receive any orders for Outlying Islands, these will automatically be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We cannot accept responsibility for missed deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information, or because there is no-one to accept delivery. In this case a re-delivery fee will apply.
In the case of Typhoon Signal No. 8 and above, Black Rainstorm Warning or other unforeseeable weather conditions Crewkies might need to be closed. If we have a problem delivering your order, we will contact you to rearrange your delivery as soon as possible.
