Super thrilled to announce that our Brookie Cookie is gluten-free friendly. But here's the scoop - no gluten actually goes in it, but it might have some cross contamination, just FYI. We get how vital it is for folks with dietary restrictions to indulge safely. Let's all enjoy these yummy treats together!

You don't have to eat them all at once! Your cookies will remain fresh at room temperature for up to 3 days in an airtight container.

If you'd like to keep them fresh for more extended periods, store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month. Defrost them
and reheat them when ready to eat.

Cookies containing frosting or filling with cream cheese (such as cheesecake) must be always refrigerated. Please avoid reheating cream cheese and consume cookies at room temperature.

Cookie Pro-Tip: Avoid refrigerating your cookies for an extended period as they might dry out. Nobody likes a dry cookie!

If you like your cookies warm and gooey, remove the cookie from its packaging and consider two options:

1. Wrap them in a damp piece of kitchen roll and microwave it for 8-10 seconds.

2.Preheat your oven to 180°C, place your cookies on a baking tray
(non-stick sprayed or covered with baking paper), and heat them up for
2-3 minutes.

Avoid reheating cookies with frosting.

Our cold, ready to bake items are a great way to save time in the kitchen! They have about 3 months shelf life on them when stored properly in the freezer at -18°C. This will ensure that you can enjoy their freshness and delicious taste for days after purchase. Don't forget to check the expiration date and pop them into your freezer as soon as possible!

Instructions:

1. Don’t forget the basics, preheat your
oven to 180°C.

2. Spray your baking tray with non-stick spray.

3. whilst containing your excitement,
remove cookies from packaging and place each frozen cookie on the tray.

4. Bake until golden brown.

5.Be patient and allow the cookies to cool down before you tuck in!

Our mini-sized cookies weigh in at around 50 grams each, making them the perfect grab-and-go treat or a delightful after-school nibble. But hold on, cookie lovers! Our original-sized cookies are twice the deliciousness, weighing approximately 100 grams each.

Our minimum order comes in at 270HKD, plus an additional delivery fee. We want to ensure that all your cookie dreams crumb true, right at your doorstep. So keep that in mind when placing your cookie-filled order.

If you feel the need to switch up your flavor mix or tweak those delivery details, simply drop us an email at hello@crewkies.com. We kindly ask you to give us a heads up at least 48 hours in advance of your delivery date (cut-off time is 3pm). We'll work our baking magic to accommodate your request and make it happen! Keep in mind, though, that for orders with less than 48 hours' notice, we might not be able to work our cookie miracles. But hey, still reach out, and we'll do our best to sprinkle some extra awesomeness

The earlier the better. However, we do have a 24-hour notice period, cut off time at 3:00pm. Orders should be placed by 3:00pm for delivery next day between 12pm-6pm.  If you are in a pickle and need your order earlier, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We get it, life is full of unexpected twists and turns! If you need to cancel your order, you can do so up to 48 hours in advance. But don't worry, we won't leave you empty-handed! We'll provide you with store credit that you can use for your next order. We totally understand that sometimes plans change last minute, but if you must cancel within 48 hours of your order's due time, we won't be able to offer a refund or credit. Thanks for understanding, and we're here to make your cookie journey as smooth as possible!

If you are craving more than 50 pieces of goodness, please allow a 48-hour notice period. This gives us ample time to ensure everything runs smoothly and that your order arrives just in time to satisfy those cookie cravings

We totally get how bothersome it can be when incorrect information is provided, so we strongly urge you to double-check those contact details before finalizing your order. It's important to note that we cannot assume responsibility for missed deliveries caused by insufficient or incorrect information provided, or if there's no one available to accept the delivery. In such cases, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. We want to ensure those delicious cookies make it into the right hands, so let's work together to make that happen!

Our delivery zones currently cover Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and most parts of New Territories. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver to the Outlying Islands at this time. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for that. Rest assured, if there are any changes in the future regarding our delivery areas, we'll make sure to keep everyone updated.

Mother Nature can throw some unexpected twists our way.

In the event of a Typhoon Signal 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, or any other unforeseeable weather conditions, your cookie delivery might be affected. Fear not, for we've got your back! If we encounter any issues delivering your order, we'll reach out to you pronto to reschedule and make things right as soon as we can.

Our delivery fee varies depending on your area.

Hong Kong Island From 65 HKD (free shipping for orders over 700HKD)

Kowloon: from 100 HKD (free shipping for orders over 900HKD)

New Territories (except Outlying Islands) from: 175HKD

Unfortunately, if we receive any orders for Outlying Islands, these will automatically be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

You can always pick up for free at our Central Kitchen in Chai Wan.
